Return Policy

For the first 14 days, if you are not 100% satisfied with your outfitnests.com item, no matter what it is or why, send it back for a full refund. We will gladly accept returns/exchanges that are in their original condition and have not been worn or altered, otherwise we may require a restocking fee. Custom or personalized items are not returnable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For cancellations, please request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.

Normally, refunds will be on your account in 7 days. If there’s any questions, please emailxiaoxiao033@generationhk.com.

If the return is a result of a production flaw or our error (when you receive an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will exchange the item free of charge.

You should expect to receive your refund within a week after we have the item.

If you need to return an item, simply send an e-mail to xiaoxiao033@generationhk.com. We’ll notify you via e-mail about your refund or item exchange.
